All healing sessions begin with a short consultation to understand what’s unfolding for

you and tailor the work to your unique needs. True healing isn’t quick or linear it unfolds in layers.

Each layer holds wisdom, emotion, and energy that has waited years, sometimes lifetimes, to be seen.

 

This work takes time, patience, and trust. It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong”; it’s about returning to what’s real. Every journey is unique. Some shifts happen instantly, others reveal themselves over weeks or months as your system integrates new frequencies and releases what no longer serves. Most clients work with me across several sessions  allowing the energy to deepen, the body to recalibrate, and the soul to anchor

lasting change.

Before we begin, we’ll have a consultation to tune in, discuss your goals, and create a healing plan aligned with your timeline and readiness. Together, we move through the work step by step  clearing, rebalancing, integrating, and rebuilding your foundation from the inside out. This is partnership. It’s not me healing you; it’s us working together to activate the part of you that already knows how to heal.

and re-listen in your own time and space. However you arrive here, broken, blooming, or somewhere
